Alec works with undergraduate and graduate students to develop their understanding and competencies in working with technology and media in K12 environments. He has given hundreds of workshops and presentations, nationally and internationally, on topics such as open education, social & networked learning, instructional design, digital citizenship and critical media literacy. ismael_pena-lopez Dr. Ismael Peña-López, PhD in the Information and Knowledge Society, is a lecturer at the Open University of Catalonia, School of Law and Political Science, working in the field of Public Policies for Development, with a special focus on ICT (so, ICT4D, digital divide and so). His research interests include:

jordi Dr. Adell is an Educationalist, and PhD in Education. He works for the University Jaume I where he is Head of the Centre of Education and New Technologies and associate professor in Educational Technology in the Department of Education. He has published numerous articles and he is a well recognized speaker and researcher specializing in technology enhanced learning in schools.
